Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed. Please note that this processing time does not include holidays. 

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, the delivery time is typically 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons or public holidays.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to update your information before it is dispatched.

International Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping world wide. For international orders, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes


All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.


Carrier Delays


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Courier backlogs or peak periods
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational issues of the shipping carrier
  • Public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events



Responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the shipping carrier once the order is shipped.


No Refunds for Delayed Shipments


Orders that have been successfully shipped and provided with valid tracking information are not eligible for refunds due to delivery delays.


A delayed shipment does not constitute a failure to deliver, provided:


  • The order was dispatched within our stated handling time, and
  • Tracking confirms the package is in transit or delivered.



Lost or Undelivered Packages


If a shipment is confirmed by the carrier as lost or undelivered, we will work with the customer and the carrier to determine a suitable resolution in accordance with the carrier’s investigation outcome.


Chargebacks & Disputes


By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:


  • Delivery delays do not qualify as grounds for chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Any disputes filed for delayed but shipped orders may be contested with supporting evidence, including tracking confirmation and carrier documentation.
