FAQ’S

You may return unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of purchase. Items must have tags attached and be in original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail to ensure reliable delivery. For your protection—and ours—we take video evidence of every order being carefully packaged. This helps prevent any disputes or chargebacks and ensures your order is handled with care from our store to your doorstep.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

COTTON BASED CLOTHING

Wash garments inside out.
Cold wash only (preferably 30°C) on a gentle cycle.
Wash separately from other colours to prevent dye transfer, especially on puff prints.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron on medium heat, using a cloth (e.g., a damp towel) over the garment.
Do not use bleach — this will damage the print, and we cannot offer refunds for bleach damage.
